Blog Purpose - Train Harder

Hey what's up guys?

I wanted to start this blog as I am on a journey towards my big football comeback. I was struck down with an injury a few years ago, but I am working my butt off to try to get back into it. I will chronicle workouts, nutrition, and update you on the progress.

  4. I played for Butler starting in the Fall of 2004 and got injured in the Fall of 2008.

  6. I think I'll keep an eye on you. I played football for a number of years and sadly can't really play too much of it because of my own injury (sadly can't recover from it). That aside, I look forward to seeing your progress.
